Does FAIR_solution only analyze the pay gap?

No. In addition to the pay gap, FAIR_solution also analyzes the career gap, working time gap, and training gap. All gaps are calculated not only by gender but also by disability status, origin, and age.

Who has access to my company’s results?

Only the person with access to the company account in FAIR_solution can view the results. The data is shown in the form of graphics or diagrams, so no direct identification of individual employees is possible.
