Web application for checking the equal pay results reported by companies in accordance with the ETRL.

In the future, the Pay Transparency Directive (ETRD) will require employers to report on the pay gap in the company. Employers must confirm the factual and legal accuracy of the reported results and forward the report to a monitoring body.
INES Analytics GmbH and the University of Kassel, Department of Civil Law and Labor Law in the Digital Society, are developing a legally compliant, web-based application "Zert:Equal" in a joint project funded by the BMFSFJ. This will enable all employers to check the accuracy of their data to be determined in accordance with the ETRL before sending it to the monitoring body.

 

This project is now in the test phase.
