To further advance our mission, we’re looking for you: a dedicated individual to join our team full-time (35–40 hours).

Tasks

​

• You clean, validate, and prepare datasets

• You analyze and transform data using Python and Pandas, bringing structure to the process

• You document data flows and processes

• You monitor our data pipelines, identify issues early on, and resolve them independently

Qualification

​

• You have solid experience with Python and some experience with OOP

• You’re familiar with Pandas—data manipulation and cleaning are no problem for you

• You have experience with Django or similar frameworks and are familiar with ORM tools (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

• You are familiar with data validation, transformation, and preprocessing—you know what matters in these areas

• Ability to work in a team and enjoy communicating with colleagues from research, IT, and account management

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational talent

• A genuine interest in social sustainability

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Very good German skills, good English skills
