a dedicated individual to strengthen our team on a part-time basis (30–32 hours).

Tasks

You’ll be responsible for our entire online presence—working independently, strategically, and with real creative freedom. No merely following briefs—instead, you’ll contribute ideas and bring them to life.

• SEO & SEA: Building and maintaining our organic visibility, as well as managing paid campaigns

• Website: Content development and optimization (text, structure, user experience).

• LinkedIn: Building and maintaining our community, content planning, and editorial work

• Newsletter & Blog: Regular posts on topics related to pay equity, HR, and compliance—clear, relevant, and well-written

• Strategy: Together with the CRO, you’ll develop a coherent online marketing strategy and implement it

Qualification

​

• Experience in SEO/SEA and content marketing (preferably from an agency)

• Excellent writing skills in German and English

• A desire to take the initiative—you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do

• An understanding of B2B communication, ideally in the HR or SaaS sector

• Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Knowledge of or interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is a plus
