Tasks

Depending on your qualifications and scope of work, the following responsibilities apply:

  • You clean, validate, and prepare datasets

  • You analyze and transform data using Python and Pandas, bringing structure to the process

  • You document data flows and processes

  • You monitor our data pipelines, identify problems early on, and resolve them independently

  • Depending on the scope of work and responsibilities, the following qualifications are required:

Depending on the scope of work and responsibilities, the following qualifications are required:

  • You’re familiar with data validation, transformation, and processing—you know what matters most.

  • You have solid experience with R, Stata, or Python, and some experience with OOP

  • You’re well-versed in Pandas—manipulating and cleaning data is no problem for you

  • You have experience with Django or similar frameworks and are familiar with ORM tools (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues from research, IT, and account management

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational skills

  • A genuine interest in social sustainability

  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Very good German skills, good English skills
