Responsibilities

​

• Support our clients from the first contact to successful project completion (no cold calling)

• Advise companies on our software solutions and collaborate with them on implementation

• Coordinate all steps of the collaboration – from proposals and implementation to long-term client support

• Work closely with our developers and management team

• Identify new opportunities and build long-term, trusting client relationships

Qualifications

​

• At least 2 years of professional experience in account management or sales

• Enjoy interacting with clients and have a genuine interest in social sustainability

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational talent

• Client-oriented mindset and confident presence

• Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style

• Very good German skills, good English skills

• Confident handling of MS Office and possibly CRM systems
