Tasks

​

  • You clean, validate, and prepare data sets.

  • You analyze and transform data using Python and Pandas, bringing structure to the process.

  • You help set up and automate our data quality checks.

  • You document data flows and processes.

Qualification

​

  • You’re pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field such as computer science, sociology, data science, business informatics, statistics, or a related field.

  • You have some experience with Python and SQL, e.g., from your studies, internships, or personal projects.

  • Ideally, you also have a basic understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, or databases—you don’t have to be an expert yet.

  • You’ve previoulsy heard terms like “full-time equivalent,” “shift work allowance,” or “gender pay gap” .

  • You bring curiosity, attention to detail when handling sensitive data, and a desire to contribute to a growing startup.

  • You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English (the team’s working language).

  • You’re a team player and enjoy communicating with colleagues from research, IT, and account management.
