Achieving true equality with AI! How AI-based SaaS tools can support employers in implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
On 7 June 2026, the new EU Pay Transparency Directive will come into force – and with it significantly stricter standards than the previous regulations in Germany. Companies with at least 100 employees will be required to report regularly on gender pay gaps. If this difference is 5% or more, companies must transparently explain how this gap is created.
Complex requirements, smart solutions
The implementation of the directive poses considerable challenges for many companies: calculating the required key figures is statistically demanding, time-consuming and requires in-depth specialist knowledge. This is exactly where INES Analytics comes in. Our solutions automatically handle the legally compliant calculation of all reporting and information requirements – precisely and efficiently.
But we go even further: if a relevant gender pay gap is identified, our scientific AI reveals the structural causes behind the pay difference. It analyses demographic, professional and operational factors – such as how age, education or length of employment affect pay – and highlights areas where existing structures can be further developed to create equal opportunities for all employees.
This creates an intersectional picture that goes far beyond mere pay comparisons: our solution identifies specific adjustments that companies can make to not only reduce the gender pay gap, but also create genuine, sustainable equality of opportunity. Our SaaS tools support compliance and strengthen social sustainability. With INES Analytics, pay transparency becomes a strategic lever for greater fairness, data-driven decisions and a modern corporate culture.

- Pay transparency as a strategic opportunity
The new reporting requirements is therefore not just a legal obligation, but a real opportunity to further develop your organisation. Transparent, objective and gender-neutral remuneration systems promote a fair corporate culture, create trust and strengthen the employer brand. They increase employee appreciation and clearly demonstrate a commitment to equal treatment.
Here at INES Analytics we're experts in this field and support companies on their journey to shaping the future.
